 Short Description
This charming Cottage-style home, with Modern Farmhouse influences and touches of French Country elegance, delivers 3,821 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space across two stories. Four bedrooms and two and a half baths serve the household beautifully, with the main-floor master suite offering a private sitting area or nursery just steps from the main living areas. A grand entry sets a welcoming tone, flowing into an open-concept floor plan where the great room and family room connect seamlessly with the kitchen — complete with a central island, eating bar, and walk-in pantry. A dedicated office provides a quiet retreat, while the mud room and main-floor laundry add everyday practicality. Upstairs, split bedrooms ensure privacy, and a loft adds flexible living space. The rear courtyard creates an inviting outdoor escape, complemented by 334 square feet of covered porch. A side-entry three-car oversized garage — at 772 square feet — keeps the street-facing façade clean and well-suited to both corner lots and front-view settings. The combination exterior finish brings warmth and curb appeal that feels both timeless and fresh.
