Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

• Would like to omit the stairs and make it a 2 car garage. How would that change the look? What would you do with the extra space, and how the elevation would look?

  Personally, I would simple add that space into the garage or use it for a walk-in pantry, which would not affect the exterior. Changing to a two car garage would be a simple matter of removing the front bay. This is a change that your builder should be able to make for you.
