Hi Jeff, First, great name! I would like to know if you have a 9\'-0" second floor ceiling height version of the this plan? Also what is the approx. sq ft of the basement? Thx Jeff
Not that I know of, however, the only space that has an 8’-0” ceiling is Bedroom 3 which could be vaulted like Bedroom 2 is. However, I would be happy to contact the designer and get a quote to raise it a foot you prefer. The basement does not yet exist, but it would be very close to 2087 sq. ft.
