House Plan Highlights

This is a very modern farmhouse with a barn inspired exterior. The barn-like exterior feels fresh and sleek with long vertical siding and a massive covered front porch. Once inside this farmhouse foyer the first thing you notice is the open floor plan. Looking in, you can see all the way through the great room and into the kitchen. Not only do you have the barn house exterior but barn doors are called for throughout this design. Do more than relax in your master suite, complete with two massive walk-in closets. Four additional bedrooms can be found opposite the master suite allowing suitable privacy. The home has shared living space that would be perfect for a game table and chairs. The rear of the house that opens to the garage features a mudroom and laundry room in a shotgun style entry making it easy to move from one chore to the next.
