House Plan Highlights
Rustic design is perfectly displayed in this charming house plan. The large front porch, dormers and stone skirt columns all add to the rustic curb appeal while giving you the perfect place to enjoy a nice sweet tea or glass of lemonade on a beautiful summer evening.As you enter the home through the large front porch you will find yourself in the foyer where you are met of with the staircase to the upper floor as well as the hall bath, a bedroom and the entrance leading to the great room in the back of the home. This beautiful great room displays a vaulted ceiling, a cozy fireplace and a great view out the back of the home to the covered wrap around back porch. The great room is open to the dining room and kitchen though these spaces are visually separate by the flat ceilings in both.
On the main floor you is the master suite. This suite comes complete with a dual sink vanity, a large walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The master suite is accessible in the corridor between foyer and the great room through a small hall for privacy.
