House Plan Highlights
Grand PorchesFor those that want to spend lazy afternoons rocking on the porch, this is the perfect plan. With grand wrap-a-round verandas on the front and back, there is always a great spot to get away from life's hectic pace. The living room has an overlooking balcony on the upper level and a large corner, wood burning fireplace. There is a commanding view of the rear veranda from the living room via a window wall. Access to the rear porch is conveniently located between the kitchen and living making it easy to serve afternoon tea. There is also access from the master suite for owner access.
The master bath is sensible but spacious and features a separate shower, spacious linen storage, twin vanity, private toilet and a soaking tub. The master walk-in closet is huge and has natural light provided by a front porch window.
Other design features include a built-in work bench in the garage and easy access to the mechanical equipment. The hallway has a built in library with an abundance of book shelves. The upper level has two large bed rooms, spacious walk-in closets, a shared bath and a balcony overlooking the living room below. There are built in book shelves so the balcony can be used as a study area for the kids.
