We are considering this house plan but had a question. Is it possible to scale down the total square footage. We were looking to be around 2000-2100 square foot but do not want to cut out any rooms and really like this layout. Can we scale down the plan to like 90% or so? Thanks Lee

That would be very difficult and normally results in a redesign. I would suggest getting one of our Cost-to-Build reports or talking to your builder about whether or not this plan can be brought in at your budget.
