House Plan Highlights
Who says 3000 square feet and charming cannot be used in the same house plan. This charming luxury country house plan offers everything you’re looking for, from front to back, inside and out. The exterior has a brick and stone facade, front brick and stone chimney, peaks, dormer, porch pillar, diamond pane windows, arches defining the covered front porch, welcoming porch lights and a wooden arched front door. At the rear of the home is a veranda across the entire rear with large decorative pillars, plenty of windows, and a private balcony for the master suite. To the left of the foyer is the elegant dining room, open from the foyer, with built-ins and access to the built-in pantry, wine grotto, and kitchen for ease in serving family and guests. To the right of the foyer is a quiet study with a cozy fireplace, walk-in closet, and full bath. This room could also be used as a guest suite or family bedroom. Stairs beyond the bathroom go up to the second floor of this house plan, with a coat closet built under the rise of the stairs. The family living area consists of the family and breakfast rooms and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers modern built-in appliances, granite countertops, and an eating bar that seamlessly joins the kitchen with the breakfast and family rooms.
